The People Behind the Transformation
Every member of our West Virginia team is hand-selected, professionally certified, and committed to the same balanced training philosophy that has transformed thousands of dogs across the Off Leash K9 network.
Tiffany Singleton
20+ years devoted to dogs — from veterinary clinic to four-location dog training empire
With over 20 years of hands-on experience working with dogs, Tiffany Singleton is the owner and lead trainer of Off Leash K9 Training West Virginia, plus three additional locations across Texas. Her journey began at age 15, working in a veterinary clinic where she spent 9 years gaining experience in every department — often handling the most challenging dogs and building the deep behavioral foundation that drives her work today.
Tiffany has trained directly under Nick White, founder of Off Leash K9 Training, and has experience with Sit Means Sit methods (Fred Hassen) as well as direct work with Joey Morris of Alpha Training Center. She participated in America's K9 Caring Angels Dog Training in Virginia, where she handled her certified therapy dog Thor — whom she personally trained from the ground up.
"Not all dogs can be treated like humans. They are domesticated, but they are still canines. They need pack structure and leadership. Think like a dog, not a human when you are struggling with them."
— Tiffany Singleton, OwnerOutside of training, Tiffany lives a life fully immersed in animals — caring for her own Jack Russell Terriers and Anatolian Shepherd livestock guardian dogs, along with horses, cows, cats, chickens, and the rescues she fosters. Training isn't her career — it's her purpose.
Trainer
Cierra
Behavior-focused trainer specializing in puppies, obedience, and individualized care
Cierra's path into professional dog training began in childhood — volunteering at a local shelter, where she discovered the bond between dogs and people that would shape her career. She later spent years working as a veterinary assistant, gaining hands-on experience with dozens of breeds, temperaments, and behavioral presentations, and learning to support dogs through stress, fear, and uncertainty.
Today, Cierra specializes in behavior modification, puppy development, and everyday obedience, tailoring each training plan to the individual dog. Her philosophy is grounded in clear communication, evidence-based methods, and treating every dog as if it were her own.

Trainer
Jada
Farm-raised, real-world trainer — 6 years specializing in high-drive breeds and reactive dogs
Jada didn't learn dog behavior from a textbook — she grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cattle, horses, chickens, and goats. From an early age she was reading body language, building trust, and providing the kind of structured leadership that makes animals feel safe and understood. That natural instinct is the foundation of her training today.
For 6 years professionally, Jada has worked with the full spectrum of dogs — high-drive working breeds, nervous rescues, stubborn family dogs, puppies, seniors, and everything between. Nothing rewards her more than taking a dog who is confused, anxious, or out of control and helping them become calmer, more confident, and more connected.
"Watching a dog enter my program unsure, overstimulated, or struggling — and then leave confident, responsive, and connected — is what motivates me every day."
— Jada, Professional TrainerAt home in Flatwoods, WV, her personal dogs play a huge role in keeping her sharp. Kaz, her Belgian Malinois, demands precision, drive management, and constant engagement. Twix, her French Bulldog, brings calm, neutral energy that helps client dogs learn confidence and neutrality around other dogs.

Trainer
Jillian McKinzie
The trainer who builds real dogs for real life — service dog volunteer for veterans & first responders
Jillian McKinzie didn't learn dog training from shortcuts or trends — she learned it where it matters most: hands-on, real-world work with real dogs and real behavior challenges. Her approach is built on structure, clarity, and consistency, helping dogs and owners communicate effectively and confidently.
After committing herself fully to the professional dog training world, Jillian pursued advanced, results-driven education and hands-on experience — specializing in obedience and real-life reliability. Her training philosophy focuses on creating balanced dogs through clear boundaries, accountability, and trust — not quick fixes.
With years of hands-on experience, Jillian has worked with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and backgrounds — from young, energetic puppies to adult dogs struggling with reactivity, anxiety, and impulse control. Beyond obedience, she has volunteered to train service dogs for a non-profit organization serving veterans and first responders — work that extends her impact far beyond the kennel.
"Every dog deserves clear communication and fair leadership. Every owner deserves the tools to maintain lasting results long after training ends."
— Jillian McKinzie, Professional TrainerJillian is especially known for her ability to work with dogs that feel overwhelming to their owners — high-drive dogs, anxious dogs, and those who need structure and consistency to thrive.
