2-Week Board & Train: Behavior Modification Training

This intensive program is designed for dogs struggling with behavioral problems such as anxiety, aggression, or reactivity. Over 2 weeks, your dog will live with a professional trainer who will focus on:
  • BEHAVIOR SHAPING (How to Handle Emotions)
  • IMPULSE CONTROL
  • REACTIVE BEHAVIORS
  • SEPARATION ANXIETY
  • AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR (Dogs and Humans)

For dogs with human aggression, muzzle conditioning to our standards is required.

We provide a step-by-step muzzle conditioning video. This video goes over the proper fit and how the proper muzzle allows your dog to eat, drink, and pant comfortably while wearing it.

Your dog will learn six foundational commands, but the true focus of this program is addressing and improving behavioral issues:
  • SIT and Extended Sit
  • PLACE and Extended Place
  • HEEL (On Leash Walking)
  • DOWN and Extended Down
  • OFF (Correcting Unwanted Behavior)
  • Handling Multiple Distractions in Multiple Environments
  • Greeting Manners
  • Door Manners
  • Meal Manners

At the end of the program, your dog’s trainer will meet with you to review everything your dog has learned and show you how to maintain their new skills. Please plan to spend a few hours with the trainer during this transition.

Includes 4 weekly follow-up lessons to address behavioral issues after the initial 2 weeks of training.
